Creating habits that build you.
I thought it would be great to be informed about the benefits of practicing good HABITS. Habits could easily be referred to as a way of life, behavior, or lifestyle. I have heard from Jack Canfield, that good or bad habits always deliver results? Your habits determine your outcomes, from the amount of money you make, to the health and Wellness You enjoy, to the kind of relationships you’re involved in. Your habits determine how your future will unfold.
It is therefore vital to realize that in order to create higher levels of success, you’re going to have to let go your bad habits and replace them with good behavior.
Lets try pointing out some of these little practices that keep us lagging behind. Lying, excessive eating, procrastination, blaming, laziness, lack of Self Confidence/esteem, bad greed, poor time management skills, being rigid, and so on.

1.) Make a list of those habits that are unproductive or that negatively impact your future.
2.) Choose better, more productive success habits and develop systems that will help support the establishment of those habits.
Practice the habit of persistence, the habit of being a good listener, practice the habit of being flexible. Make it a habit to be optimistic (to find something worthwhile in every situation). Practice the habit of saving, exercising, reading self-help books, praying, learning from experience, audacity and so on.
Brian Tracy states that your habitual strengths are what have gotten you to where you are today. Your weaknesses determine the speed at which you move ahead in your career and life.
Keep sowing the seeds of good habits and if you keep watering them day by day you will harvest good fruits.
