It’s written that the truth will set you free and it will indeed. Mark Twain the author of several classic American works of fiction says, “When in doubt, tell the truth.  The truth sets you free in many ways, which include; It saves up our energy. It gives you a peaceful heart.Helps avoid diseases like depression and fatigue.Helps you look younger. You feel good about having told the truth. It creates dividends of trust and people will know where you stand. Etc Being honest and telling the hard truth has no perfect time. It will probably be uncomfortable sometimes but it is the right thing to do.   Jack Canfield says, holding the truth always backfires. The longer you with hold it the more disservice you do to yourself and to others involved.  So develop the habit of being honest
